2010 Camp Information

Registration Form

Medical Forms

Please remember that your son’s rank will  advance after the May Pack meeting.  So today’s Tigers will be Wolves once the we hit June so they will be eligible for Wolf/Bear Adventure Camp and Cub Day Camp.  Today’s Bears will be eligible for Webelos Day Camp and Webelos Adventure Camp.

Also remember that we need to provide volunteers for the Day Camps.  If you sign your son up for Day Camp, you should be willing to volunteer for a day.  Some people have difficulties taking time off work and we will work to accommodate you if that is the case.  Please remember that if it’s not possible for you to help as a volunteer, it means that someone else from our Pack must make up the difference as we are required to provide volunteers at a ratio of 1 adult per every four boys (minimum 2 adults).

All camps except for Webelos Adventure Camp require Class 1 medical forms for both the boys and adult volunteers.  Webelos Adventure Camp requires a Class 2 medical form for both boys and adults.  Class 2 medical forms must be signed by a doctor and are good for 36 months.  Adults over age 40 who are planning on going to Webelos Adventure Camp must use the Class 3 medical form which also needs to be signed by a doctor.  The medical forms may be found on the Council website at http://www.sfbac.org/resources/forms.
